Mencari tinggi alas prisma:

Teorema Pythagoras

tinggi = √(sisi miring² – alas²)

= √(20² – (24÷2)²)

= √(20² – 12²)

= √(400 – 144)

= √256

= 16 cm

Mencari luas permukaan:

L = (2 × luas alas) + (keliling alas × tinggi)

= (2 × ½ × 24 × 16) + ((24 + 20 + 20) × 30)

= (24 × 16) + (64 × 30)

= 384 + 1.920

= 2.304 cm²
